      Character:

      It is white crystal with an acetic acid smell. It can easily pickup moisture and it’s easily soluble in water. It’ll decompose when heated up to 150°C. PH value is 4.5-5.0.

      Uses:

      In food industry, it is often used in baking, candies, fat, meat production, oil, desert, fast food and so on. And also it can be used as leveling agent, buffering agent and preservative.

      Packing:

      It is packed with polythene bag as the inner layer and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

      Storage & Transportation:

      It should be stored in a dark, dry and ventilative warehouse; kept away from water and moisture during transport; unloaded with care as to avoid being damaged. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
